Winemaker's Details:
Made from hand picked premium quality fruit from the vineyard surrounding our winery, fermented in open vats with maximum skin contact and then matured in one and two year old French & American barriques for an extended period. This Merlot exhibits lush complex fruit characters complimented by fine tannins and cedary oak.

A serious Merlot that would compliment a seared kangaroo fillet with a rich berry jus or for something really special, try it with a traditional French style beef fillet served with a cream of green peppercorn sauce.
