Winemaker's Details:
Made from premium quality fruit grown in the Hunter and McLaren Vale. Fermented in open vats with maximum skin contact and then matured in new and one year old French and American barriques for a period of 18 months. This Merlot exhibits lush complex fruit characters complimented by fine tannins and subtle cedary oak.

An approachable Merlot that will compliment all foods. Try seared kangaroo fillet with a rich berry jus or for something really special, try it with a traditional French style beef fillet with a cream of green peppercorn sauce.
