Winemaker's Details Recommendations:
Made from a selected ‘reserve’ parcel of fruit fully ripened and picked at night in late February. The juice was partially fermented in new French Oak Barriques.
Rounded and vivacious in character this wine exhibits magnificent ripe tropical flavours of guava and melon with the slightest hint of butterscotch on the finish. The slightest nuances of oak vanillans exhibit the soft and subtle integration of oak and fruit.
Grape Variety & Region:
100% Chardonnay (Hunter Valley)
Drinking Recommendations:
Oriental, seafood, pasta, red meat or a slice of the best Cheddar.
